How should I prepare my dog for Dogville?
Dogville is a leashed experience, with 1-2 off-leash experiences in a controlled space. It’s important that your dog is socialized and comfortable in an environment with new dogs and people. Our staff is well-trained however we ask all dog parents to be responsible for their own dog. If your dog does not get along well with other dogs, unfortunately Dogville will not be the best environment for them as there will be many dogs together at any given time. We have built this experience specifically for dogs to enjoy, but it is a group activity so please use your best judgement.
What should I bring?
We encourage everyone to come with their dogs (Dogs are free, 1 per human with ticket). If you do not have a dog, you can still have fun at Dogville. There are adoptable dogs and therapy dogs onsite during different times through our non-profit partners that you can meet and play with.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Because Dogville is a timed experience, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance. However, a small amount of tickets will be available at the door.
Are children allowed?
Everyone is welcome at Dogville. Children under the age of 2 are free. Strollers are not allowed inside the experience, but there will be a safe area to store them.
How long does it take to go through Dogville?
Tickets are timed for one hour. The experience should take between 30-45 minutes.
Can I bring food?
Food for humans or dogs is not allowed inside Dogville. However, there will be treats for your pup inside the experience.
Is photography allowed?
Photography is allowed and encouraged! Be sure to tag us @thisisdogville and hashtag #thisisdogville #waggiestplaceonearth
Are group bookings available?
Yes! We offer booking experiences for large groups. To book an experience please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing and scheduling.
What should I do if my dog is sick and can no longer attend?
All dogs are expected to be healthy and free of ticks, fleas, and any communicable diseases. If you purchased your ticket in advance and your dog subsequently got a cold or infection, please contact us at email@example.com. We will try to accommodate and switch your ticket to a different day.
Are refunds available?
All tickets are non-refundable. Should there be a rescheduling or cancelation of your scheduled time or event by Dogville, we will offer a different time and ticket for entry. If a switch in time can not be accommodated by Dogville, we will issue a refund. You may transfer your tickets to another party. Please bring your tickets with you as we cannot agree that we have access to look up your tickets.
When should I arrive for my visit?
All tickets are for a particular date or time. If you have a timed entry, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Any late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry into Dogville and you forfeit the right to a refund. Tickets may be purchased at the door provided capacity is available, but cannot be guaranteed.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer active military and students 10% off tickets purchased on-site. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this discount online.
